Immigration via Employment Pass

Employment immigration is one of the three main immigration pathways in Singapore, aimed at completing immigration through applying for an Employment Pass. The Singapore Employment Pass (EP) is the highest-level work permit issued by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower. After successful approval, applicants can further apply for Singapore permanent residency. Regarding self-employed Employment Pass (EP), if you hold company shares and apply for an Employment Pass as a company shareholder, it is defined as a self-employed Employment Pass, with the applicant being the company owner.
